## Science

Code18 has tested the scientific quality and effectiveness of the methode in numerous internal studies. On the one hand, the scientific reliability is very high throughout (*α* = .91 – .93 for business teams, *α* = .89 – .92 for sports teams). On the other hand, the method shows a very high effectiveness (i.e., validity) correlated to team performance (*r* = .90).

Study of individual personality development in sports teams (e.g., floorball, handball) with corresponding influence on team cohesion and team performance in a season.

Study team fit (i.e., how well players interact with each other) on team performance based on head to head games of several teams in a season.
