## Our way

In the beginning, Patrick, a management expert on many stages, was looking for a truly effective and participative way to **read and steer teams and organizations**. The usual tools used in management practice repeatedly disappointed him. So he set about creating a new method that was both simple and effective. In a creative visualization process, this resulted in "Code18" - a unique system of 18 factors, symbols and colors that enables teams to diagnose themselves precisely and manage themselves successfully.

Some time later, at the University of Zurich, Christian discovered Code18 during his doctorate in psychology. Excited by the potential of this method, he saw it as an answer to many open questions in modern **team psychology**. His enthusiasm led to several field studies and scientific tests that confirmed Code18 as a very powerful tool - a **quantum leap in modern team diagnostics**.

Today, Code18 has established itself in the new world of work and in other areas such as team sports. More and more teams are using it to capture their dynamics and develop their potential. **Thousands of people in business and sport** have already worked with Code18, and the network of Code18 guides and users continues to grow.

**We want to make Code18 easily accessible to as many people as possible**. In start-ups, SMEs and large organizations. In all sectors. From Appenzell to New York.
