How Does Code18 Work?
The online survey is accessible on smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Neither preparation nor previous knowledge is necessary. Answers are given intuitively and "from the gut". Code18 has tested the scientific quality and effectiveness of the method in numerous internal studies. On the one hand, the scientific reliability is very high throughout (α = .91 – .93 for business teams, α = .89 – .92 for sports teams). On the other hand, the method shows a very high effectiveness (i.e., validity) correlated to team performance (r = .90).
